Domaine Pierre Yves Colin Morey is one of the most admired names in the Côte de Beaune and a leading reference for lovers of great Burgundian Chardonnay. Founded in 2005 by Pierre Yves Colin and Caroline Morey, the domaine emerged from the gradual separation of Domaine Marc Colin and quickly became one of the region’s most precise, pure and sought after producers. The estate draws on both family owned vineyards and a highly selective négociant activity, covering appellations such as Saint Aubin, Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet and Meursault, as well as several premier and grand crus. Viticulture is carried out with extreme attention to soil vitality, ripeness and freshness, always seeking perfect balance. In the cellar, winemaking is defined by precision, no bâtonnage and long élevage designed to preserve tension, energy and clarity.
