The reds show delicate aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry, light spice and forest floor, with supple texture and great drinkability. The whites display marked tension, crisp apple, citrus, wet stone and, in traditional cuvées, subtle walnut or gentle curry notes. The palate is taut, saline and energetic. It is a domaine that captures the Jura’s authenticity and brightness with uncompromising fidelity.
