Lafite’s style is unmistakable, marked by refined aromas of pure blackcurrant, dark raspberry, noble cedar, fine tobacco, graphite, pencil lead and sometimes iris, violet or black tea. The palate is straight, deep and driven by silky yet firm tannins that give the wine both delicacy and architectural structure.
