Domaine Bernard-Bonin is a family-run estate located in Meursault, Burgundy. Since 1998, it has been managed by Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin, heir to the Michelot family. The estate covers approximately 7 hectares, with plots in Meursault, Meursault Premier Cru, and Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru appellations. Certified organic since 2015, the estate employs biodynamic practices, including manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentations, aging on lees for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, without fining or filtration. The wines, exclusively white and made from chardonnay, are renowned for their freshness, richness, minerality, and vibrancy.
