Château Chasse Spleen is one of the most distinctive voices of the Médoc, located in the heart of Moulis on deep gravel soils enriched by limestone and mineral tension. The estate is known for wines built on purity of fruit, structural precision and an understated yet persistent elegance. Cabernet sauvignon leads the blend and brings aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, graphite, gentle tobacco and dry leaves, occasionally lifted by a floral touch typical of the best Moulis terroirs. The palate is straight, energetic and defined by fine but firm tannins supported by natural freshness that gives length and vibrancy. With age, Chasse Spleen broadens and gains refinement, unfolding from initial austerity to a harmonious, layered expression. It is an authentic Médoc wine, shaped more by clarity and integrity than by power.
