Domaine Arnaud Ente, based in Meursault, is renowned for producing some of Burgundy's most sought-after white wines. Since 1992, Arnaud Ente, alongside his wife Marie-Odile, has cultivated approximately 4 hectares of vines across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Volnay. The estate is particularly noted for its parcels in Meursault, especially the En L'Ormeau clos, which yields three distinct cuvées: Meursault AOC, Clos des Ambres, and La Sève du Clos, the latter from century-old vines. Arnaud Ente's philosophy centers on precision viticulture, with very low yields, manual harvesting, and meticulous winemaking aimed at preserving fruit purity. Since 2018, he has primarily used Wineglobes for vinification, reducing oak influence and highlighting the freshness and minerality of his wines. The estate's wines are distinguished by their elegance, tension, and remarkable aging potential.
