Domaine André et Mireille Tissot, led by Stéphane Tissot, is one of the Jura’s benchmark estates, known for precision, energy and deep exploration of Arbois’ diverse terroirs. Farmed biodynamically, the domaine works a mosaic of red, grey and blue marls as well as limestone scree, allowing highly detailed expressions of chardonnay, savagnin, poulsard, trousseau and pinot noir. The whites, often single parcel, show ripe citrus, yellow apple, white flowers and warm stone, with tense, saline, profound textures. The sous voile wines display walnut, light curry, spice and vibrant power. The reds are precise and perfumed, with cherry, wild strawberry and spice notes, carried by a fluid yet structured body.
