Terroir & style
Chambertin Clos de Bèze is one of the most prestigious Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits, covering about 15.4 hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin. On deep brown clay-limestone soils mixed with marl, Pinot Noir achieves extraordinary power and refinement. The wine displays an intense ruby color. The nose is complex, with aromas of black fruits, morello cherry, violet, licorice, undergrowth, and spices. On the palate, Clos de Bèze stands out for its exceptional harmony: depth, silky texture, vivid minerality, and an extremely long finish.

Food pairings
Chambertin Clos de Bèze pairs beautifully with noble red meats like roasted beef tenderloin, marinated game, grilled lamb chops, and strong aged cheeses.

Good to know
Clos de Bèze predates Chambertin itself, founded in the 7th century by the monks of the Abbey of Bèze. It is famous for producing wines that are slightly more supple but with remarkable aromatic depth and an aging potential exceeding 30 years.

Signature
Chambertin Clos de Bèze is the perfect alliance of power and grace: a majestically balanced Grand Cru destined for eternity.
