Domaine Bart, located in Marsannay-la-Côte, is a family-owned estate with six generations of history in Burgundy. Established in the 1980s following the division of the Clair-Daü estate, it is now managed by Pierre Bart, alongside his mother Odile and uncle Martin. The domaine encompasses approximately 22 hectares, primarily in the Marsannay appellation, with notable parcels in Fixin, Bonnes-Mares, and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. Viticulture is conducted following organic principles, without certification, featuring manual harvesting and terroir-respectful winemaking: partial destemming, indigenous yeast fermentation, aging in 225 and 600-liter barrels (up to 25% new oak), without fining or filtration. The estate's wines, including single-vineyard cuvées like Les Finottes, Les Longeroies, Clos du Roy, and Champs Salomon, are distinguished by their balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins, offering a precise and authentic expression of their terroir.
