Benoît Ente is a winemaker based in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy. He took over the family vineyards in 1990, inheriting 23 plots spread across the lower slopes of Puligny, the village, and surrounding hillsides. The estate now covers approximately 6 hectares, with parcels also in Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault. Since 2004, Benoît has adopted a more refined approach, focusing on crystalline purity, precision, and a chiseled form. His wines are aged for 18 months in wooden foudres and stainless steel tanks, preserving the original aromatic profile of the fruit and highlighting the minerality of the terroirs. Among his flagship cuvées are the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru "Clos de la Truffière", the Bourgogne Aligoté "Antichtone", and the Bourgogne Blanc "Golden Jubilee".
