Terroir & style
Latricières-Chambertin is a Grand Cru located at the southern end of the Gevrey-Chambertin Grands Crus. The vineyard lies on poor, shallow soils made of white marls and fractured limestone, encouraging deep rooting of the Pinot Noir vines. This austere terroir produces wines of great purity, tension, finesse, and remarkable structure. The color is deep ruby. The nose opens with aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, licorice, and a stony minerality. On the palate, Latricières-Chambertin impresses with its energy, precision, persistent freshness, and distinguished length.

Food pairings
Perfect with roasted rack of lamb, pigeon with porcini mushrooms, or aged Brie de Meaux.

Good to know
Latricières-Chambertin is often seen as one of Gevrey's most elegant and upright Grands Crus, less opulent than Chambertin but with remarkable nobility and longevity.

Signature
Latricières-Chambertin expresses the purity, mineral integrity, and racy tension of Gevrey-Chambertin’s finest Pinot Noirs.
