Vineyard work is meticulous, with a focus on soil life and natural balance. In the cellar, vinifications are traditional and low-intervention, with frequent use of whole-cluster fermentation for reds, limited new oak and an emphasis on terroir expression. The range includes several Premier Crus in Savigny-lès-Beaune such as Les Lavières and Aux Fournaux, as well as wines from Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses, and the distinguished Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru, among the most refined from the Corton hill.
