Domaine Vincent Dancer is one of the most distinctive and admired estates in Meursault, known for crafting Chardonnay of exceptional precision and luminous purity. Established in the early 1990s, Vincent Dancer was among the first growers in the Côte de Beaune to achieve organic certification, embracing from the outset a philosophy rooted in respect for nature, natural balance and a minimalist approach in the cellar. The vineyard includes parcels primarily in Meursault, Chassagne Montrachet and Puligny Montrachet, with prestigious sites such as Perrières, Genevrières, Tête de Clos and La Romanée in Chassagne. Viticulture is meticulous and focused on soil vitality, precise ripeness and transparent expression of terroir. In the cellar, winemaking is natural and restrained, with minimal intervention and measured use of oak to preserve freshness, tension, energy and subtlety.
