The domaine covers about eleven hectares across Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru appellations, including the renowned Les Clos and Les Preuses vineyards. Farming is organic in practice, though not certified, with meticulous attention paid to vine health and the mineral expression of the Kimmeridgian soils. Winemaking follows traditional methods with natural yeasts and ageing partly in old oak barrels, ensuring purity and transparency.
