Domaine Dujac is one of the leading estates in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, it quickly became a Burgundy benchmark through its modern yet deeply traditional approach. Today, Jeremy and Alec Seysses continue the family legacy, refining the domaine’s distinctive style with ever-greater precision. The 15-hectare estate includes some of Burgundy’s most prestigious grands crus, such as Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Bonnes-Mares, Échezeaux, and Chambertin. Biodynamic viticulture emphasizes natural balance and soil vitality. In the cellar, the hallmark use of whole-cluster fermentation adds aromatic complexity and silk-like texture to the wines. Domaine Dujac’s wines are admired for their finesse, energy, and aging potential, representing a refined and profound expression of the Côte de Nuits’ great terroirs.
