Domaine Méo Camuzet is one of the most emblematic estates of Vosne Romanée and a major reference in the Côte de Nuits. The domaine’s origins date back to the early twentieth century through the Camuzet family, with Étienne Camuzet notably owning several prestigious parcels, including part of the Château du Clos de Vougeot. In the 1980s, Jean Nicolas Méo took over the domaine and shaped its modern identity, combining rigorous vineyard work with a constant pursuit of balance and refinement. The estate covers nearly seventeen hectares across renowned appellations such as Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, Échezeaux and several premier crus in Vosne Romanée and Nuits Saint Georges. Viticulture is based on careful observation and respect for the living environment, aiming for perfect ripeness. In the cellar, winemaking is controlled and gentle, with refined extraction and ageing that brings depth and elegance. The wines of Domaine Méo Camuzet are known for their silky texture, aromatic intensity and impressive ageing potential, offering a pure and noble expression of the finest Côte de Nuits terroirs.
