Founded in the early twentieth century, the domaine rose to worldwide prominence under Pierre Ramonet, whose unwavering pursuit of purity, precision and consistency shaped a legendary style. Today, Noël and Jean Claude Ramonet continue this tradition with remarkable rigor and attention to detail. The vineyard spans around seventeen hectares across Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet and Saint Aubin, including prestigious parcels such as Bâtard Montrachet, Bienvenues Bâtard Montrachet and the leased plot of Le Montrachet, as well as several iconic premier crus. Viticulture is thoughtful and carefully balanced, aiming for perfect ripeness and natural harmony.
