Yuki Nakano crafts wines with remarkable delicacy, guided by a fully natural philosophy and an instinctive precision that highlights the marl soils of Pupillin. Kagami offers an exceptionally clear aromatic profile, combining pure citrus, white apple, fine florals, light tea, dried herbs and a wet stone minerality. The palate is taut, fluid and almost crystalline, with vibrant energy and extremely fine texture. The finish is long, saline and quietly expressive. Kagami is a wine of purity, restraint and inner light, a deeply personal, essentialist vision of the Jura.
