Terroir & style
Chablis Grand Cru covers about 104 hectares, located exclusively on the right bank of the Serein River, benefiting from ideal south and southwest exposures. The Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marl and marine fossils, allow Chardonnay to achieve its highest expression of finesse and power. The color is pale gold with silver highlights. The nose reveals complex aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, honey, fresh butter, and flint. On the palate, the wine is broad, dense, driven by pure minerality and finishes long and mouthwatering.

Food pairings
Chablis Grand Cru pairs beautifully with noble dishes such as lobster, spiny lobster, roasted scallops, truffled poultry, or aged cheeses like Comté and Beaufort.

Good to know
Chablis Grand Cru is divided into 7 official climats: Blanchot, Bougros, Les Clos, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur, and Vaudésir. Each climat reveals a subtle variation on the Grand Cru’s mineral intensity and natural power.

Signature
Chablis Grand Cru represents the perfect combination of intensity, refined minerality, and outstanding aging potential, often 15 to 20 years or more.
