His traditional approach and deep respect for terroir result in precise, elegant, and approachable wines. The whites, especially Saint-Romain and Meursault Les Tillets, offer beautiful minerality, freshness, and finesse. The reds, such as Auxey-Duresses Très Vieilles Vignes, charm with their fruit, silky texture, and aging potential. In recent years, his son Arthur Gras has joined the domaine, continuing the family’s commitment to authentic, characterful Burgundy.
