Domaine Prieure Roch is one of the most distinctive and influential estates in the Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1988 by Henry Frédéric Roch, who was also co-director of Domaine de la Romanée Conti, the domaine has become a symbol of purity, vitality and uncompromising respect for terroir. The vineyard spans around twelve hectares across Nuits Saint Georges, Vosne Romanée and Clos de Bèze, including rare and prestigious parcels such as Les Suchots, Les Hautes Maizières, Clos des Corvées and Clos Goillotte. Viticulture is entirely natural, with extremely low yields, meticulous soil care and a philosophy that trusts the vine’s natural balance. In the cellar, whole cluster fermentations and minimalist intervention define the style, aiming to preserve energy, aromatic individuality and the raw expression of terroir. Wines from Prieure Roch are known for their vibrancy, their ethereal texture, their unmistakable aromatic signature and their emotional depth, offering a living and deeply expressive interpretation of the Côte de Nuits’ finest sites.
