Insurance included in every shipping fee and covers the total amount of your order, this permits to refund you in case of loss, theft, or damage.

Free shipping over all mainland France about over 600€ (all tax included) and under 24 bottles.

Insurance

Each orders are prepared with attention in special packaging, polystyrene hard and molded, perfect against shocks and temperature changes.

Insurance is included in the shipping price and cover a 100% your order amount. It allows you to get refunded by the totality of your order amount in case of loss, theft, or breakage.

It cannot be deducted from the delivery costs.

Customs fees

Most export sales (outside EU) are subject to customs clearance fees which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to the destination country.
Customers are therefore required to inquire about the customs clearance costs that are applied by the country of delivery, before ordering on Prestige Cellar.
In case of refusal of customs clearance, we do not take back or refund the order if customer decides not to pay customs fees.
