Domaine Marthe Henry is a young Meursault estate that has quickly emerged as one of the most promising names in the Côte de Beaune. Founded by Marthe Henry in the family’s nineteenth century house, the domaine reflects a return to origins and an artisanal approach to winemaking. After careers in journalism and various experiences in vineyards abroad and in France, Marthe Henry began producing wine under her own label in 2018, using parcels inherited from her family. The domaine today works several small plots in Meursault, Beaune and Pommard. Viticulture is attentive and respectful, focused on soil health and the natural balance of each vine. In the cellar, winemaking is gentle and minimally interventionist, aiming to preserve fruit purity and aromatic precision.
