Domaine Berthet Bondet is one of the reference estates of Château Chalon and the Jura, known for producing pure, classical and authentic expressions of both oxidative and topped up white wines. Rooted in the region’s yellow and grey marl soils, the estate crafts precise and luminous wines led by savagnin and chardonnay. The oxidative style shows aromas of fresh walnut, delicate curry, dried apple, candied citrus, light honey and warm stone, while the ouillé cuvées display more white fruit, floral notes and mineral vibrancy.
