Domaine de la Tournelle is one of Arbois’ most emblematic estates, known for producing vibrant, lively wines closely connected to their terroir. Rooted in the region’s red, grey and blue marl soils, the domaine cultivates savagnin, chardonnay, trousseau and poulsard with a minimalist, purity driven approach. The whites show energetic tension, citrus notes, green apple, wet stone and, in sous voile cuvées, hints of almond or gentle curry. The reds offer delicate aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry, soft spice and forest floor, with a light, fluid, highly drinkable texture. The hallmark of the domaine is a sense of vibrant, living wine where the soil expresses itself clearly. It represents one of the Jura’s most sincere and luminous interpretations.
