She descends from a family line connected to Henri Jayer and launched her domaine in 2003 by reclaiming four hectares of family vineyards in Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis. From the beginning she committed to biodynamic farming and earned certification in 2016. Vineyard work is done by horse or tractor, pruning follows the Poussard method to respect vine balance. Harvests are done by hand, with gentle extraction and long macerations. Whole-cluster use depends on the vintage, and wines are aged in barrels with up to 70% new oak, without racking or filtration. Production is very limited and the wines are known for their natural density, vibrant energy, precision and the expressive purity of each terroir.
