The white wine is defined by crystalline aromas of ripe lemon, white peach, delicate flowers, light tea and cold stone, finishing with precise, saline length. The red displays restrained finesse with notes of blackcurrant, fresh cherry, cedar, soft tobacco and a mineral line that brings energy and clarity.
