Rooted on the steep granite slopes of Cornas, the domaine crafts syrah that is powerful yet elegant, built on biodynamic farming and precise winemaking. The reds show deep aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black olive, violet, pepper and warm stone, with a dense, energetic palate supported by firm but polished tannins. The finish is long, mineral and vibrant. In Saint Péray, the marsanne and roussanne wines are among the most serious of the appellation, offering pear, white peach, floral notes, almond and a broad yet taut texture.
