Domaine Hubert Lignier is one of the most respected estates in Morey-Saint-Denis and a major reference in the Côte de Nuits. Founded in the nineteenth century, its modern reputation was shaped by Hubert Lignier, whose discipline and intuition defined a profound and authentic style. Since the 2000s, Laurent Lignier has taken over the domaine, continuing this demanding work with a precise vision of Pinot Noir. The vineyard covers just over nine hectares across Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Nuits-Saint-Georges, including notable parcels such as Charmes-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis Vieilles Vignes and the rare Clos de la Roche. Viticulture is rooted in respect for natural balance, with careful soil management and attentive vineyard work. In the cellar, winemaking is controlled and minimally interventionist, aiming to capture fruit purity and terroir depth.
