Founded in the 1970s by Hubert Lamy, the domaine steadily built a reputation for excellence through meticulous vineyard work and a clear vision of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Olivier Lamy joined the domaine in the 1990s and later took over its direction, bringing renewed energy and an innovative mindset while preserving the family’s traditions. The vineyards cover just over fifteen hectares across Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay. Viticulture is highly rigorous, focusing on dense planting, soil vitality and the pursuit of depth and tension in the fruit. In the cellar, winemaking is precise and minimally interventionist, with carefully managed ageing in barrels and large casks.
