Terroir and style
Pauillac sits on deep gravel mounds mixed with sand and stones, offering ideal drainage and perfect conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. These soils create wines of great power, intensity and precision. They show a dark colour with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, graphite, cedar, cigar box and sometimes violet. The palate is firm and structured with noble, tightly knit tannins, consistent freshness and remarkable depth. The style is intense, aristocratic and built for long ageing.

Food pairing
Pauillac pairs beautifully with rack of lamb, roasted beef, game birds, pigeon, sautéed porcini mushrooms and firm aged cheeses.

Good to know
Pauillac is home to three First Growths, a unique distinction in the Médoc. It is widely regarded as the reference point for Cabernet Sauvignon in Bordeaux, with exceptional consistency across vintages.

Signature
Pauillac expresses noble power, combining density, precision and stature in a style defined by Cabernet Sauvignon at its finest.
