The palate is firm and structured with noble, tightly knit tannins, consistent freshness and remarkable depth. The style is intense, aristocratic and built for long ageing.

Food pairing
Pauillac pairs beautifully with rack of lamb, roasted beef, game birds, pigeon, sautéed porcini mushrooms and firm aged cheeses.
