This structure includes cuvées from Mâcon-Verzé, Mâcon-Solutré, Saint-Véran, and Pouilly-Fuissé, all produced under biodynamic principles. The goal is not to replicate Puligny-Montrachet, but to explore other expressions of Chardonnay in the southern part of Burgundy with the same level of precision.
